Frequently Asked Question’s

Q?

How far do you travel? Is mileage extra?

A.

Included in our price is travel all over Ulster. Mileage thereafter depends on the distance. However, for weddings where the distance is more than 2.5 hours journey the photographer will need accommodation the night before your wedding.

Q?

How much is the deposit and do we have to pay extra if your prices change between now and my wedding?

A.

We require a deposit of £200 to book your date. This will guarantee your choice of photographer(s), the prices that were discussed and any special offers. So no price changes are applicable even if your wedding is 2/3 years in the future!

Q?

We hate posing! How do you get around that?

A.

If you really have issues with this, then there will be more than enough casual shots to make up for it. Our style of photography is relaxed and we tend to keep the photos informal, candid but mostly importantly we are quick moving between the different shots.

Q?

When do we have to pay our final balance?

A.

The full balance on your photography is payable five weeks before the date of the wedding.

Q?

Whats does ‘full day coverage’ imply? How long will my photographer stay on the day?

A.

Full day coverage means that your photographer will be at the bride’s house normally 1 hour before the service begins. Ciaran/Simon will then stay until you are called in for your meal. Plenty of time to capture your day.

Q?

How long do you normally spent on the day taking photos?

A.

This depends on the day but our aim is to make the day as fun as possible - so we will always keep the photos moving as quick and hopefully then get you more time for your guests. Our advice is to prepare for the worst weather wise and hope for the best!

Q?

If we want to get extra reprints after the wedding how long do you keep the photos afterwards?

A.

We generally keep the images for 3 years. Images start at £15, however we have launched a "Right to Use" USB where we will provide you with printable images for only £300.

Q?

How do you take the ‘Cutting of the cake’ and 1st Dance photo?

A.

We pose both these before the meal for one reason - we get a more relaxed pic as there is only the happy couple in the room when this is done!
