2021 has been another unique year in the wedding industry. The last few weeks in particular have been challenging for Lauren & Shane, as their wedding day plans were held in the balance as the winter loomed large. But alas, good news from the hill and it was game on for an amazing couple. The weather tried to play its part on a frantic morning, but as the clouds cleared and the winds calmed – the sun shined and our couple shone as their big day arrived in style. Lauren was stunning in a Justin Alexander dress from Pronupita and her Jimmy Choo’s added to the style. After a lovely service in the exquisitely decorated St Michaels Enniskillen, the bridal party went to the Old Castle Archdale Ruins for photos. In tough conditions – the ground was wet and muddy, the hill to the ruins a steep climb – when we arrived it was worth the effort. Rarely do good photos on a wedding day happen by chance – it takes a mix of good planning, decent weather and couples who are willing to push the limits to try something different. I was lucky all three elements came together and we got some amazing photos of the bridal party and the couple. It was on to the Manor House straight after, a quick stop at the Marina and then into the warmth of the Manor.
