The Royal Belfast Golf Club welcomed guests from all four corners of the world as Divya & Alan chose his homeland as their wedding destination. The couple live in New York. Guests flew in from all over the world, as far as Australia and India. In fact, over the 2 days they managed to fit in three 5 star venues in Northern Ireland! We started at the Merchant Hotel for the Henna party. The rooftop garden used for the dancing and Henna artists.

Wedding Day Festivities

The next day, the boys started at the Europa and Crowne Bar for an early morning appetiser. Meanwhile, the bride and her bridesmaid’s were getting glammed up by the amazing Christine Patterson & Kellyann Jackson at the Dufferin Suite in the Culloden Estate. The bride wore a dress from Vera Wang. Christian Louboutin was the preferred shoe designer. The dress had been flown in from New York only twos day prior.  It had secured a special place amongst the Captains closet on board the plane!

The couple had planned on having an outdoor service by hook or by crook. The weather managed to stay off until the last 10 minutes of it. The floral artistry was created by Tim and his team from Floral Earth. Once the service was finished, the drinks flowed in the Culloden Estate & Spa. The couple then sneaked off for a change in outfits. This time the bride changed into a traditional Indian outfit which was bespoke and beautiful in equal measure.

It was on to the Royal Belfast Golf Club for the reception. Arriving to a joyous audience who greeted the change in outfits befittingly. The meal was specially prepared by the grooms brother Jonny Stevenson. Jonny is head chef of the Royal Belfast Golf Club. The Bollywood music completed the adventure as everyone hit the dance floor that night to take the party into the late hours!!
